About Me

I am an experienced, fully qualified, professional hypnotherapist, offering gentle and effective help for many problems. I work with clients using a mix of hypnosis, EFT and counselling (see FAQs for more information). I have a long-standing interest in complementary medicine and optimising health and general well being. This has lead me to become a qualified counsellor, a hypnotherapist and and EFT Practitioner.

Qualifications

General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (GQHP), Diploma in Integrated Hypnotherapy gained at the the ISIS School of Integrated Hypnotherapy, Brighton. I am a validated practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. Also a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, who ensure high standards of training and ethical conduct. I am a Level IIl EFT Practitioner registered with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). I am also a trained counsellor having an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Therapy (Pellin Institute).

Hypnotherapy & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as tapping) is available in Lewes, East Sussex. Lesley attracts clients from Sussex and all surounding areas including Falmer, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Kingston, Peacehaven, Cooksbridge, Barcombe, Plumpton, Chailey, Ringmer, Seaford, Newhaven, Rodmell, Alfriston & Polegate.
